Number of Transactions in the Second-Hand Market There has been significant decrease in sales in each region year-over-year for April 2020 where we saw a 56% decrease in Hokkaido, 52% decrease in the Kanagawa Prefecture, 42% decrease in Osaka, 33% decrease in Fukuoka, and 38% decrease in Okinawa.
