Previously, setting a “Response Button” was mandatory when sending activities. With this update, you can now select the [Report Type], which allows you to send activities “without displaying buttons.”<\/p>\n

This enables more flexible information sharing while reducing the effort required from owners.<\/p>\n

\nThis is ideal for situations where you want to keep a record of the information without requiring a response or confirmation button from the owner.<\/p>\n

\u30fbRegular Inspection Reports: When you want to convey the status using only photos and text.
\n\u30fbNotices\/Administrative Communications: General announcements and shared information.
\n\u30fbCompletion Reports: Follow-up reports, such as notifying that repairs have been completed.<\/p>\n

Go to the Management Screen > Activity and click on [Templates].<\/p>\n
