About us

Job Description

At WealthPark, we are constantly developing our products to realize the Digital Alternative Asset Platform. In making the platform, we are managing so many applications that we have to create a platform.
In addition, there are many applications that work together.

As the engineering organization expands, more and more projects, new features, and product development are being done in parallel. In this context, the role of QA is very important to ensure the quality of applications.
We need your help to guarantee the quality of more features.



What You Will Do

・ Run through a suite of test cases for sanity and regression testing
・ Identify new test cases for our applications that run on Android, iOS, and web browser
・ Analyze test results and report defects in Jira bug tracking system
・ Work closely with the development team and automation QA team to ensure test coverage
・ Constantly improve the methods and performance of the manual testing process
・ Work closely with product, development, and design teams to understand requirements and write test cases
・ Communicate/Collaborate with QA team (both onsite and offshore team)


Required Requirements

Technical Skills/ Experiences
・ 1-3 years experience in manual testing on all the following platforms: Android, iOS, and Web
・ 1-3 years experience in defining test cases and filing bugs using Jira/Confluence (or similar tool)
・ Familiarity in Agile/Scrum/Kanban development environment
・ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, topics, and processes
・ Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Soft Skills
・ English skills (90% of engineers are non-Japanese. We are a very international team.)
・ Highly organized person.
・ Have motivation for team development.
・ Be able to weigh several and often conflicting constraints and make decisions in a fast-moving and quickly-growing company.
・ Continuously learn new technologies and find ways to solve issues and requirements.

Salary and Evaluation system
It will be decided in consideration of experience and skills.
・Annual salary system
・Evaluation: twice a year
・Probation time: 3 months (conditions do not change during the probation time)
・The annual salary includes 35 hours of overtime work
