What you will do

  • Take ownership of recruitment-related activities including drafting and editing job descriptions, posting jobs, candidate screening, managing logistics for interviews and meetings, gathering and synthesizing candidate feedback, ensuring a streamlined hiring process for all open positions while reducing time-to-fill.
  • Assist department personnel with hiring and staffing functions as required
  • Source candidates using various portals
  • Maintain and upload employment documents and other
  • Sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and interviewing candidates to fill the staffing 
  • Communicating professionally, tactfully and with the utmost diplomacy while treating all candidates with dignity and respect
  • Assist with translation work (English to Japanese)
  • Lead our Culture Committee group and actively participate and come up with ideas to promote and expand the company’s culture and Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Assist some of your manager’s tasks when needed


What You Will Need

  • Demonstrated passion for human resources and recruiting with a comprehensive understanding of purpose and goals
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and humility
  • Ability to meet deadline and adjust to changing priorities
  • Must have attention to detail while still thinking “big picture”
  • Must possess communication skills suited to a wide variety of audiences in both written and verbal capacities
  • Ability to recognize and process confidential and sensitive information appropriately
  • Strong initiative; can carry projects forward without close supervision
