Job Description

In the property management business for inbound investment, the role will be responsible for managing the relationships with real estate brokers and overseas investors (mainly those living in Taiwan), and planning and executing marketing strategies

  • Maintain relationships with existing brokerages
  • Establish relationships with new brokerages
  • Lead internal communication with Japanese headquarters to efficiently execute marketing plans and deliver high-quality property management services
  • Coordinate the pipeline, pre-onboarding, due diligence and onboarding processes
  • Plan and implement overseas marketing events to grow investor base
  • Create bilingual marketing materials and manage company social media


  • 維持與現有經紀人的合作關係
  • 與新經紀人建立關係和拓展其他渠道
  • 積極與日本總部的內部溝通,有效執行營銷計劃以提供優質的房地產管理服務
  • 協調新客戶引導流程, 包括事前房屋審查和服務講解
  • 策劃和實施海外營銷活動以增加客戶量
  • 製作雙語營銷材料, 協助進行公司社交媒體營銷


Required Requirements

  • Account management related experience (regardless of industry)
  • Ability to communicate well with various stakeholders internally and externally
  • Strong interest in cross-border business
  • Passion in working at a growth-stage startup
  • Mandarin (Business level or above)
  • Japanese (Basic level or above)

  • 中文(精通)
  • 日語(中等以上)


Preferable Requirements

  • Real estate brokerage license holder
  • Understanding of Japanese real estate market
  • Work experience in real-estate related agencies
  • English (Business level or above)
  • 持有房地產經紀執照
  • 了解日本房地產市場
  • 擁有房地產相關機構工作經驗
  • 英語(精通)

Salary and Evaluation system
It will be decided in consideration of experience and skills.

  • Annual salary system
  • Evaluation: twice a year
  • Probation time: 3 months (conditions do not change during the probation time)
  • The annual salary includes 35 hours of overtime work
