Job description

WealthPark Engineering, Product organization is rapidly growing.
To build great products without losing agility, we are challenging Agile.
We really need an Agile Coach, Scrum Master who will design and implement, operate a strategy for teams to continuously improve their use of Agile principles and practices with Product and Engineering members. As an Agile Coach, you will design and implement a strategy for teams to continuously improve their use of Agile principles and practices with Product and Engineering members. Help teams adapt, deliver, and mature.
You will leverage your agile/lean mindset and coaching expertise to facilitate the process and partner with internal stakeholders within the Technology and Products organization.
You will work closely with front-end and back-end developers, mobile app developers, QA Engineers, SRE Engineers, Product Owners, and UX/UI designers.

What You will do

・Guide/Coach/Operate a Scrum(Squad) team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality software products to our customers.
・Facilitate and support all scrum events which are Product and Release Backlogs, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, and Sprint Retrospectives.
・Responsible for ensuring Scrum(Squad) is understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
・Resolve conflicts and issues.

 

Required requirements

・5+ years of experience leading Agile projects
・5+ years of experience as Scrum Master in a software environment
・Demonstrated experience at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation.
・Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), and understanding of software development life cycle models.
・Knowledgeable of technical engineering best practices (e.g. test-driven development, continuous integration, DevOps culture, etc.)
・Experience coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices.
・Strong collaborative problem solver
・Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in English.

 

Preferable requirements

・Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in Japanese.(Japanese is not mandatory)
・Active in the Agile community, publish papers, speak at conferences and contribute to Agile interest groups.
・Self-starter with minimal management.
・Software Development experience.
