Matthew Boras

Matt is a FVP on the investments team at RXR, a New York-based vertically integrated real estate operating and development company, focused on investing in early-stage real estate technology companies. Prior to joining RXR in 2018, Matt was a Vice President at Colony Capital where he was a member of the Special Situations Group focused on investing in businesses across markets, platforms and asset classes. Prior to joining the predecessor NorthStar Asset Management Group in 2014, he was an Associate Director at Five Mile Capital Partners, where he was responsible for the identification, evaluation, consummation and management of real estate investments. He received an A.B. in International Relations from Brown University and is a Kauffman Fellow.

Vianney Brandicourt

Vianney Brandicourt is the co-founder & CEO of Joinery, a startup which makes moving in large cities more affordable for renters and reduces vacancies for landlords. He started his career at Google, where he quickly fell in love with data science and the ability to turn millions of user-generated data points into actionable product insights. Vianney joined Spotify in New York as the first product analyst, where he was instrumental in building new, data-driven features for a better music discovery experience. Vianney earned a BA in Economics and Political-Science at Columbia University, followed by an MA in Economics from Sciences-Po in Paris.

Craig Caryl

Craig is a serial entrepreneur involved in successful business ventures ranging from TV production companies to robotics to medical devices and most recently SaaS. His latest project SmartCSM is an SaaS product that provides large commercial property owners and their facility managers in depth visual access of their mechanical infrastructure anywhere, anytime via any mobile and desktop device. Companies like Goodyear, United Airlines and CHOC (Children’s Hospital Orange County) are deploying the product to save time, money and lives.
Prior to that Craig founded a company called DrMarion.com with his mother - world renowned gerontologist Dr. Marion Somers. In 2014 they helped ideate, research and launch for Hasbro the “Joy for All Companion Pet” for seniors - one of Hasbro’s most successful brand launches in the last 20 years. It was a unique product repackaged and reengineered from a kids toy called a FurReal Friend and re-imagined as a device to occupy and engage dementia patients and lonely seniors. In 2015 the Dr. Marion team launched the Quick Change Wrap - a major disrupter in the incontinence industry, now being deployed by facilities like Mayo Clinic, Dignity Health, Ford Hospital and 100’s of institutions across America.
Craig began his career running TV Production companies in an around Los Angeles, producing 57 extreme sports films, 26 documentaries and 100’s of network TV and corporate jobs, from the Miss America Pageant to corporate clients like Activision & Disney.

K.C. started his career in the private wealth management group at Goldman Sachs, serving ultra high-net-worth families, institutions, and endowments before moving to New York to join the group’s management team.
K.C. is from Detroit and currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children. He graduated from Harvard College with a BA in economics and from the Anderson School at the University of California Los Angeles with an MBA.

Stefan Heitmann

Stefan’s academic background is in law and finance which he studied at universities in Germany, Singapore and London and completed with a PhD in corporate finance law.
After university, he joined McKinsey&Comp. where he served mostly banking clients in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. In 2009/10, he was elected partner. In 2012, he founded MoneyPark, by now Switzerland’s largest independent mortgage fintech platform. He sold the majority of MoneyPark to a large Swiss insurer in one of the largest fintech exits ever in Switzerland.
In 2016, Stefan founded PriceHubble, the global leader in consumerization of real estate insight technology. PriceHubble now operates and serves customers in 4 countries and plans to further expand its global reach in 2020.

David Himmel

David Himmel is the Chief Operating Officer of Jamestown Real Estate Services, which consists of Development & Construction, Retail Leasing, Creative & Marketing, Architecture, and Property Management. In this role he is responsible for the day-to-day management of these departments and their execution within Jamestown’s portfolio. Mr. Himmel joined Jamestown in 2014. Previously, he worked at Forest City Ratner Companies in Development on projects including the Barclays Center in Brooklyn and New York by Gehry at 8 Spruce Street. Mr. Himmel graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2010 with distinction and from Harvard Business School in 2014. As a student at Harvard Business School, Mr. Himmel co-founded the Brattle Park Group, a real estate investment company focused on mobile home parks. He serves on the Harvard Alumni Real Estate Board and the Covenant House Real Estate Executive Committee.

Previously, Andrea was Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at JLL. Joe Weishaar

Joseph Weishaar leads portfolio management for the L+M Workforce Housing Fund, overseeing the financial and operational performance of the Fund’s investments. Prior to joining L+M Development Partners, Mr. Weishaar worked at Rose Associates and CW Capital Asset Management focused on Stuyvesant Town/Peter Cooper Village following Tishman Speyer’s handoff of the property to its creditors. Mr. Weishaar began his career as a consultant at Greenwich Associates providing strategic advice to leading U.S. investment management firms.
