1. Leasing
Communication Support: Facilitates the communication process regarding leasing terms and conditions.

Terms Approval: Enables the confirmation and approval of rent, management fees, common area charges, security deposits, and key money.

2. Maintenance Management
Project Oversight: Manage repairs and maintenance for items such as entrance doors, balconies, exterior painting, and plumbing systems.

Quote Approval: Review and approve cost estimates and quotations for repair work directly through the app.

3. Move-out Processing
Restoration Estimates: Supports the estimation process for “restoration to original state” (cleaning and repairs) required when a tenant moves out.

Professional Advice: Receive guidance and proposals regarding lock replacements or property renovation expenses.

4. Contract Renewal
Notice & Fee Confirmation: Facilitates the delivery of renewal notices and the confirmation of renewal fees.

Policy & Rent Adjustments: Used for managing fire insurance renewals and confirming rent increases or decreases.

From initial leasing and ongoing maintenance to renewals and move-outs, every critical stage of the property lifecycle is accelerated through digitized decision-making.
