Unable to Login

The following are possible causes of the login issue.

① The password entered is incorrect

Solution: Press “Show” in the password input box to display the password, and check whether the uppercase and lowercase letters are entered correctly.

② The Email address entered is incorrect

Solution: Please confirm the Email address you want to log in is the Email address used in your account setting.

③ No password is set

Solution: When the above ① and ② are not applicable, it may be the reason that the password has not been set. In this case, please contact WealthPark Customer Support by email <CS_Vertical@wealth-park.com> to re-issue your account.
