Unread Message Email Notification
This feature notifies you via email of unread chat messages on the WealthPark App. The email can direct you to the App Chat to reply to the messages.
How to use it
If there is an unread chat message, a notification will be automatically sent to the email address you use to log in to the WealthPark App at around 9am the next morning. You can then access the App Chat directly after clicking “Go to Chat” in the email to view and reply to unread chat messages.
For owners who are only using the web version (https://owner.wealth-park.com/), they will be redirected to the App’s download page when they click “Go to Chat” in the email on their mobile phones. If you click “Go to Chat” on your computer, you will be redirected to the chat room of the web version.
Email Notification Schedule
If a message remains unread after receiving the notification email the next day, the notification email will be automatically sent to your email again after one week.
If another chat message is received within a week of the unread notification email and is also unread, you will receive an unread notification email the next day showing the total number of unread messages.
If you continue to have unread chat messages, you will receive another unread notification email one week after the most recent unread notification email.
How to Unsubscribe
You can click ‘unsubscribe’ on the notification email.
After unsubscribing, you will need to contact the WealthPark Support team to re-subscribe.
