Now Choose Whether to Post to Chat When Sending Activities!

We have released a new feature that allows you to choose whether or not to post to the chat when sending activities from the management screen.
Previously, sending an activity would automatically post an “Activity Card” within the chat.
We received feedback from users stating that this would move the chat to the top of the list every time, causing important messages between managers and owners to be buried.
With this update, it is now possible to send an “Activity Only” without posting to the chat, allowing for more flexible information sharing.

Keep Your Workspace Organized
By unchecking “Post to Chat,” you can prevent the activity from affecting the chat sort order. This keeps the management screen organized and ensures that important past conversations remain visible.
Reliable Notifications for Owners
Even if you choose not to post to the chat, owners will still receive a notification as an activity.
The activity will also appear on the Owner App’s top screen as usual, so there is no need to worry about it being missed.
