Ryuta Kawada

Ryuta is the founder and CEO of WealthPark, responsible for the company's business strategy. He held a management position at Fashionwalk, an IT venture company. Preceding that, he served as an investment banker in Mizuho Securities. He is highly experienced in management and has a broad network of domestic and foreign technology companies and high-net-worth individuals.

He holds a B.S. in Management Science from Tokyo Institute of Technology.

Kensuke Tezuka

Kensuke is the Senior Managing Director of WealthPark, overseeing SaaS business, HR, and PR. Before joining WealthPark, Kensuke served domestic and global business development and business planning in Rakuten and Fujifilm. He is well experienced in planning and execution of marketing and business strategies.

He received his B.A. in Law and Political Science at Tokyo University and his M.B.A. at London Business School.

Jumpei Shirasaki

Jumpei is the Senior Managing Director of WealthPark and leads the USA business. Prior to WealthPark, he worked at MSREF, a real-estate fund of Morgan Stanley, serving the investment business in hard assets, operational assets, private equity, non-performing loans, etc. He is experienced in investment management and has a broad network in Japan and overseas.

He received his B.A. in Policy Management from Keio University.

Fumito Nakae

After joining Mitsubishi Bank (now MUFG Bank), he was appointed Deputy General Manager of the Foreign Exchange and Money Market Department at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi (now MUFG Bank) in 1996. In the same year, he became Chair of the Tokyo Foreign Exchange Market Committee. In 1999, he joined Standard Chartered Bank Tokyo, where he served as Co-Head of Wholesale Banking and Head of Global Markets, among other roles. Since 2022, he has served as Director of Institution for a Global Society, Inc.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Kyoto University.

Chunyi Kan

Chunyi came to Japan in 2008 as an exchange student and joined Actcall Inc. in 2014. She was engaged in sales, international student support services, and business development for the overseas real estate franchise headquarters. She joined WealthPark in December 2018, built the real estate brokerage team, and handled real estate transactions as a frontline player. Since January 2022, she has served as Representative Director of WealthPark RealEstate Technologies.

She graduated from Dalian University of Foreign Languages and from Josai International University, Faculty of Management and Information Sciences.

Tatsuya Tomiyasu

He began his career at a foreign investment bank in 2009, working in interest-rate and foreign-exchange structuring, then as a Japanese government bond trader. He moved to the U.S. in 2016 and founded a full-service real estate company in Hawaii. He joined WealthPark in June 2021, transferred to WealthPark RealEstate Technologies in September 2021, and became Director in January 2022.

Yuki Yoshimoto

He is a co-founder of WealthPark. In the 0-to-1 startup phase, he has played a wide range of roles including product vision development, design, development management, and customer development. He was appointed CDO (Chief Design Officer) of WealthPark in May 2023 and Director of WealthPark Alternative Investments in October 2023.

He graduated from Tokyo City University, Faculty of Informatics and Design.

Yuki Ishimura

Yuki is responsible for sales of WealthPark Business, SaaS product for property managers. Prior to joining WealthPark, Yuki worked for Actcall inc. as sales director of call center services and business development director of overseas real estate franchise business.

Yuki is also actively involved in the industry working group and promoting the digitization of property management.

After leaving the company, he traveled mainly across Central/South America and Africa for about a year and a half, then joined WealthPark. After leading alliances, marketing, and new business development as Head of Business Development, he assumed his current role in November 2023.

Takuma Toriya

Kosuke Kato

After holding key roles in investment leadership and investor education at Tokio Marine and the U.S.-based Invesco Group, he joined WealthPark. He spent about 10 years in the UK and the U.S., and has practical investment experience across 30 countries. He also has extensive personal asset management experience and is active in a wide range of initiatives to “open new doors to investing for everyone.”

Takahiro Fujii

With extensive experience as an Engineering Lead, Fujii served in his previous role as the Engineering Manager for various technical domains including front-end, back-end, and mobile at Rakuten Inc., where he managed global development teams. Fujii joined WealthPark in 2020 and took on the responsibility of overseeing the development organization. From 2023, Fujii has been focusing on cross-functional organizational management, as well as enhancing infrastructure and shared systems. Additionally, Fujii has been active in sharing knowledge through speaking engagements at technical conferences and hosting seminars related to ChatGPT, LLM, etc.

Shunji Torii

At Rakuten Group, he worked as a PDM for Rakuten Travel, responsible for product development for suppliers and travelers across hotel, flight, and rental-car booking services. He also led numerous inventory integration projects (API connectivity) with domestic and international hotel chains, major travel sites, and review platforms.
