Understanding Financial Statements
WealthPark provides two types of financial statements, namely Cash Flow Statement and Profit & Loss Statement. Cash Flow Statement is available on monthly and annual bases while Profit & Loss Statement is available on annual basis only.
Cash Flow Statement
The Cash Flow Statement shows monthly cash inflows and outflows in the time period.
A. Portfolio
① Comparison between current year and last year on cumulative basis
② The amounts of cash-in from owner and distribution to owner are shown under [Cash Balance]
③ The closing balances of each deposit are shown under [Deposit] on monthly basis. *Please note that they are not the amounts charged as depsosits every month.
④ Remittable balance
② [Cash balance] shows the amount you remit to WealthPark or WealthPark remit to you
③ [Deposit] shows the amount you reserved in WealthPark, and every month shows the balance of the reserved amount for the current month, not the amount charged every month
④ WealthPark arranges remittance to you based on the amount of Cash Available for Distribution
B. Each Property Holding
① Name and address of your property as well as your tenant information
② Last update date of the Profit & Loss Statement
③ Collection dates of your monthly rents
Profit & Loss Statement
The Profit & Loss Statement shows income earned and expenses incurred in the time period (on accrual basis)..
A. Portfolio
① Monthly and non-cumulative income, expenses and net income
② Comparison between current year and last year on cumulative basis
B. Each Property Holding
① Name and address of your property as well as your tenant information
② The last update date of the Profit & Loss Statement
③ Monthly and non-cumulative income, expenses and net income
④ Comparison between current year and last year on cumulative basis
