The discussion covered topics such as the meaning of impact investing, what welfare entails, a comparison of facility sufficiency across welfare sectors, an overview of welfare for people with disabilities, and the pros and cons of group homes as real estate investments. Attended by approximately 30 people, the event aimed to deepen industry understanding alongside construction/contracting companies and real estate firms specializing in the welfare sector.
