【WealthPark Lab】Webinar Held: “Exploring the Full Picture of the Edo Castle Keep Reconstruction Project” — Creating a Symbol of Japan in the Reiwa Era
WealthPark Lab, a research arm of WealthPark Co., Ltd., held a special webinar on January 30, 2026, for real estate owners who use the company’s asset management application.
The theme of this session was “Exploring the Full Picture of the Edo Castle Keep Reconstruction Project,” an initiative to create a new symbol for Japan in the Reiwa era.
As the boom in inbound tourism sparks new connections between Japan and the world, a project is underway to rebuild a historical tourist attraction comparable to the Arc de Triomphe in France or Buckingham Palace in the UK. Mr. Tomohiro Suzuki, the project leader (Representative Director of the General Incorporated Association “IKIZAMA”), and Mr. Kato, Representative of WealthPark Lab, discussed the plan—which involves constructing a wooden building twice the size of Himeji Castle, 350 years in the making—from the perspectives of Japanese society, history, and the global stage.
WealthPark Lab will continue to offer various events and projects centered on themes such as “What is value?” and “What are the roles of money and people?”
