Simple Accounts Are Now More Convenient! Owners Can Now Change or Reset Their Own Passwords.

We are pleased to announce the release of the “Change Password” and “Reset Forgotten Password” features for Simple Accounts, a highly requested update from many owners and management companies.

Previously, if an owner using a Simple Account lost their password, the management company had to perform a manual reissue. With this update, owners can now resolve password issues on their own.

Release Highlights

1. In-App Password Change
Owners can now change to a password of their choice at any time via the Settings menu. This allows for self-managed security enhancements, such as regular password updates.

2. Self-Service Password Reset (for forgotten passwords)
Resetting a password is now possible via the “Forgot Password?” link on the login screen.
A reset email will be sent to the registered “Contact Email Address,” allowing owners to regain access immediately without having to contact the management company.
